2024 NMWG Summer Encampment Application Procedures
Registration for Cadets will open on Wednesday, 01 March 2024 and close on Monday, 15 May 2024
- Complete online or print and complete the four or five CAP Forms-- as appropriate.
- CAPF60-81, Application for CAP Encampment or Special Activity (required)
- F161, Emergency Information (required)
- F160, CAP Member Health History Form (required)
- F162, CAP Member Physical Exam Form-- optional (only if you have on-going medical condition(s))
- F163, Permission for Provision of Minor Cadet Over-the-Counter Medication (required for all cadets under 18 years of age) **
- Ensure you have all signatures every place a signature is required.
- The fully completed forms above MUST be scanned and sent to encadmin@nmcap.us when you submit the appropriate application, below (or within 2-3 days, preferably)
- Once you scan your completed forms, print a copy of each. You will be REQUIRED to bring hard copies of the forms with you to in-processing.
- Place the forms in the same sequence as specified in #1, above and staple the set of forms in the upper left-hand corner.
- If you do not have the printed forms with you during in-processing, you will move to the end of the line until all other individuals have been processed.
- Once you scan your completed forms, print a copy of each. You will be REQUIRED to bring hard copies of the forms with you to in-processing.
- Once you have all the completed forms (with signatures) in front of you, click the application link below—Cadet or Sr Member-- and complete the application. You must complete the application in its entirety. A response is required for almost every item.

- Once you click the SUBMIT button for the application, the Admin for the encampment will begin to compile and file your CAP forms in an electronic folder with your name and CAP ID.
- If any form is missing or incomplete, you will hear promptly from the ADMIN letting you know what information is missing or incomplete.
- Once the form is corrected, you will need to re-scan the updated form to the same email address: encadmin@nmcap.us
- A photocopy or a photo of your payment is required with the submission of your registration package (see Registration Payment details for options on how to pay).
All Cadet Staff— Applications for consideration for all cadet staff roles open 1 February and close 28 February.

Sr Members—
Senior Member Staff need to complete the following forms as well as the Senior Member Application in 4.b., above.

Senior member Staff will follow the same application procedures outlined in steps 2 – 6, above.
** Prescription Medications for Cadets Under 18 Years of Age
Cadets under 18 years of age will be required to turn in all medications during in-processing. Please place medications in a clear gallon baggie that seals and using a sharpie, label the bag with the cadet’s last name, first name and CAP ID; i.e.: Brown, Charlie 123456
All prescriptions must be in the originally dispensed bottles and provide the doctor’s instructions for proper dosing frequencies and amounts.
